Brand TV for Metinvest, a Global Leader in Steel

When a global leader in steel production approached us, we were already working on several projects for SCM Holding. The challenge was complex—identity in motion, a branding solution designed for dynamic communication. With thousands of employees, the company had even launched its own broadcasting channel to deliver corporate updates, key performance insights, and more. A dedicated video engineering department managed internal content production, and we ensured a smooth transition by conducting an extensive, multi-hour onboarding session before handing over the project.

Challenge

The company serves a vast audience of broadcast viewers, including thousands of employees, yet struggles with a significant gap in branding and consistency. Despite its extensive reach, the lack of a cohesive brand identity and unified messaging has hindered the ability to deliver a seamless and engaging experience.

To address this, we were tasked with developing a comprehensive branding strategy, translating it into motion design, and creating various broadcast elements, including rubric openers, lower thirds, and designs for diverse rubrics and scenarios. These assets needed to be delivered in the form of templates and boilerplates, enabling the internal team of video engineers to effectively manage broadcasts.

To empower the team, we designed a set of reusable templates, crafted a detailed manual, and conducted several onboarding workshops. This approach ensured the engineers could confidently update and maintain broadcasts while preserving the new branding and design consistency.
